You’re here because you’re striving to be the best AI Builder you can be, and we’re here to help you achieve that goal through this training.

This course has been developed through years of experience working with AI Builders and is designed to teach you all the essential skills that clients are looking for in an AI Builder.

However, the most important characteristics of a successful AI Builder are not skills. They are putting in the time, even when it’s inconvenient, and being coachable, meaning you are willing to listen, willing to learn, and willing to accept critical feedback and act on it. When those two are there, learning new tools and adapting to whatever comes next is never a problem.

Those two ingredients are what make you reliable, and reliability is what clients and teammates depend on. No matter how skilled you are, if you’re not reliable, your success as an AI Builder will be limited. While this course will provide you with the tools and knowledge to be reliable, it’s up to you to demonstrate it. Don’t worry if you’re not there yet. With effort and dedication, you can get there.

One more thing matters as much as either: communication. Anyone can operate a tool, and an agent can operate a tool for pennies. What makes you valuable is understanding the work well enough to direct it, and being able to explain it clearly, to your team and to your agents. AI is only as smart as you are.
