Here, he goes through the Success Tracker (formerly called TEAM Tracker), page by page, to explain how each of the elements comes together. The whole point of the Success Tracker is to show the impact of what we’re doing for the client by documenting results through Metrics-Analysis-Action or MAA. We’re providing analysis as it relates to the business goals (GCT) and showing the client what we are going to do to achieve those goals.
