Conclusion and Next Steps

Now that you’ve gone through the Level 1 VA training, you should be equipped with enough knowledge to work in a team effectively. But, before you can complete this course, you need to take the quiz (next module) to earn your badge.

Before taking the quiz, make sure to read, understand, and absorb these two guides first: Operations Process Guide and Level 1 Virtual Assistant Guide. You can’t pass the test without going through the guides.

After you pass this course with flying colors, please go through the other courses available to you in the Academy. It is only through learning and doing that we can get better.
